Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Caputi Studio MVP. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and with respect for the people and information you capture.
The service
Caputi Studio provides browser-based screen, camera, microphone, system-audio, screenshot, editing, and process-documentation tools. The product is an evolving MVP, so features, limits, supported browsers, and availability may change. Experimental or preview features may be incomplete.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity under your credentials. You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Caputi Studio only the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the features you request.
Acceptable use
You may not use Caputi Studio to:
- Record a person, conversation, system, or confidential information without required permission.
- Violate privacy, intellectual-property, employment, surveillance, or other applicable laws.
- Upload malware, abuse infrastructure, bypass limits, or interfere with another user or service.
- Misrepresent generated or edited content in a fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive way.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. Authentication, hosting, storage, and optional sign-in are supported by third-party providers. Their availability and terms may affect the service.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Capture and privacy features can vary by browser and device. Automatic or manual masks, edits, transcripts, summaries, and SOPs must be reviewed by you before publication. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect detection, or permanent storage, so keep independent copies of important work.
Suspension, termination, and liability
We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain the service. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of cloud data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caputi Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the MVP.
